Led by Jeffrey Rose—a rare hybrid of software engineer, serial entrepreneur, and business growth architect—we acquire or partner with high-potential businesses in sectors like health, wellness, consulting, business services, home services and consumer products.

Jeffrey has launched, scaled, and sold multiple companies, including a 20-year eCommerce brand, a CPG manufacturing business, and a successful café. He now works quietly behind the scenes with founders to install scalable back-end systems, AI, automations and lead generation using tools like Revitup CRM, and unlock hidden profits through smart operational design.
